Allen Bishop

Allen Bishop is the President for P.A.S.S. Controls, Inc. Allen started in this industry when he was in high school working for his Father, George Bishop, at their family owned business, Haygor Instrument and Company. Allen learned everything from his Father and bought Haygor Instrument and Company from George in 2017 to continue the family legacy. Since then, Allen has purchased Hyett Diaphragm Seals, LLC to expand his diaphragm seal business. Over the years, Allen has gained a tremendous amount of knowledge through hands on experience and continues to grow both diaphragm seals business through new and old relationships. In 2020, he opened P.A.S.S. Controls, Inc. to have a channel partner for his other two businesses and be able to secure more manufacturers to support in the industry. Allen is an entrepreneur and continues to look for opportunities to grow all the businesses he owns and operates.

Vice President

Joshua Powers

Joshua Powers is the Vice President for P.A.S.S. Controls, Inc. In 2002, at the age of 17, Joshua started in the Industrial industry as warehouse support then moved to being a bench and field tech before eventually moving into sales and marketing. After 5 years of working for the same company doing component level repairs and sales, Joshua went into Hotel and Restaurant Management. For 8 years, he managed front office and housekeeping at a few different hotels before ultimately making his way back to the industry in 2015. Being a leader in the hospitality industry gave him the skills needed to lead a sales team and develop territories. Additionally, all the hands on training and a few classes have allowed him to grow his knowledge and be able to sell based on technology as well as relationship. Since being back in the industry, Joshua’s focus has been instrumentation and automation and more importantly, growth for each company he has worked with and each manufacturer they support.

Operations Manager

James Kucherka

James Kucherka is the Operations Manager for P.A.S.S. Controls, Inc. James has been in the business for about 10 years. Prior to making the move into the industrial sector, James established himself in finance and worked in the private lending industry for about 14 years. James Kucherka has been Field Project Estimator for roughly 2 years but prior to being a Field Project Estimator, James was an account manager and developed several different territories. James has a working knowledge of all types of instrumentation, valves and controls. James has always been placed in struggling territories and grew them as well as the manufacturers that his previous employer supported.
