Sales Team
Kenneth Heisner joined P.A.S.S. Controls, Inc. in January of 2020. He comes to us from a few EPC firms with a great deal of experience. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and PMI Certified Project Management Professional with nearly 12 years of industrial design experience throughout the Gulf Coast region. As a project engineer and project manager, Kenneth has been involved with the design of process monitoring and controls systems including flow, temperature, pressure, and CEMS. Industries served include petrochemical, midstream, downstream, pulp and paper, and commercial/manufacturing. He is a quicker learner and has become very technical to be able to support our manufacturers.
Matt Thornton has been in the industrial sector supplying instrumentation and controls for roughly 12 years. He has an Associate’s Degree in Instrumentation from Lee College (received in 2010). Matt Thornton has worked for a few rep companies in the Houston region before joining us at P.A.S.S. Controls. He specializes in level and flow but has a working knowledge of the industry and all applications and is successful in all areas. Over the years, Matt has had opportunities for flame and gas detection and has sold both to his customers. For a short time, Matt had his own rep company as well and then went to work for Haygor Instrument and Company prior to joining P.A.S.S. Controls, Inc. Matt comes to us with a great deal of industry contacts and knowledge.
Brandon Vorse has over 16 years sales and service experience with 8 years of it in oil and gas. Prior to oil and gas, Brandon was the General Manager of a few different restaurants in the Houston region before making the jump to sales in oil and gas. 4 out of the 8 years in the industry, Brandon owned his own small rep company and focused on temp, level, pressure and flow. Brandon has a strong relationship with his customer base as he is always going above and beyond for the customers. Brandon makes sure he is consistent and persistent with his customers. Brandon has some working knowledge in all areas of the industry and can provide technical assistance.
Casey Collinsworth comes with 10 years of experience in the industrial industry as an inside sales lead. She is a goal driven, versatile sales professional with technological aptitude. She has always focused on supporting customers from Texas City and Freeport to Corpus Christi, TX. Casey is comes with a wealth of industry knowledge and product knowledge on a variety of manufacturers. She is able to transfer her knowledge from previous manufacturers to the manufacturers we support at P.A.S.S. Controls, Inc. She is knowledgeable in valves, controls, gas detection, instrumentation, process analytics and more. Casey is well known with her customers in her area.
